The service

YardBid renders illustrative images of a property from a photo a registered business customer sends by text. Renders are illustrations, not measurements, plans, or price quotes.

Who may use it

Business customers who have registered, verified their mobile number, and consented to text messaging. Messages from any other number are ignored.

Your photos

You confirm you have the property owner's permission for every photo you submit, and that you are responsible for how you use the rendered images with your own clients.

Credits and payment

Renders are paid for in prepaid credit packs. One render consumes one credit. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

SMS Terms

By registering you agree to receive text messages from YardBid in reply to photos you send. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Limits

The service is provided as is. We may suspend accounts that submit unlawful content or abuse the service.
